Exclusive villa in east coast near sea and forest

the villa is located in a quiet area 6 km south of Åhus, only 800 meters to 20km-long beautiful sandy beach, 200 meters to 4km jogging trails in forest. One of the best and oldest golf course Kristianstad golf club in Åhus is just 10 minutes away. The space main building 90 square meters, with fully equipped kitchen, dining place, living room, bathroom (including laundry with washing machine and drying machine) and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160cm), 1 with a bunk bed. guest house 30 square meters, with bathroom, one living room with a 140cm sofa-bed , and 2 bedrooms with a single bed in each. total 8+ beds. *. summer house rentals don't include bed sheets, quilt covers, pillow covers and towels. they are considered as private stuff in Sweden so guests need to bring their own. we can provide the bed sheets and pillow covers if needed with an extra cost of 250:- SEK(or 25€) for each guest. *. The guests are responsible to clean the house before departure, keep everything the same as upon arrival. that's a standard agreement in Sweden. otherwise an extra cost of 990:-SEK(or 99€) will the applied.
