Relax at this fun getaway in a gated, wooded community. Queen sleeps two. Kitchenette with coffee/tea. Bathroom w/tub. Non working fireplace. WiFi, TV for Netflix etc. Just minutes to the Asheville airport, stores, breweries, restaurants + more. Funky Downtown Asheville, Historic Hendersonville + BlueRidge Pkwy are a short car ride away. Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available. The space Home is located in a gated community on dead end street with private entrance into guest suite. It has a comfy queen bed, easy chair, dresser and closet. Fun furnishing with room to sit and work or relax and have a cocktail. Kitchenette includes microwave, mini fridge, drip coffee maker and more. Roku TV and WiFi make your time spent inside pleasant. Bathroom has a full size tub. Outside you can enjoy a wooded yard, relax on our covered patio with furniture and a fire pit out in back yard. We are located in an area with wooded trails, a small lake and hills to climb. Dogs on leash get a work out with you. I have a large dog crate you can use but prefer you to bring your own that your dog is familiar with. If you are going to be gone a while, leaving it here, this is what I would like. The back patio is gated and dog can be out there but only if you are around. Thanks for understanding. Guest access There is a gate code to enter the neighborhood which I will provide along with directions to get to the house. Occasionally GPS maps are confusing. Park only on the right side of my driveway not in the road. Speed limit in community is 15mph. Other things to note You will love the serene drive as you enter the neighborhood. There is lots of wildlife from birds and squirrels to rabbits and groundhogs. Even an occasional fox or bear. We are located in a camp and occasionally roads are blocked off so use the directions that I will provide. The small lake is beautiful and located at the other end of my road. PLEASE let me know if you are bringing a DOG.
