"The Parlour" is a 2 bedroomed barn conversion sitting in a recently converted rural complex nestled in 76 acres of open fields and woodland with a 3 acre private fishing lake, right at the Heart of the National Forest. Just a few minutes drive from the historic town of Ashby de la Zouch with lots of boutique shops, bars and restaurants. Adjacent to Hicks lodge Cycle Centre and the many surrounding walks. A beautiful rural escape with everything you need for a truly memorable holiday. The space The comfortable interior boasts sumptuous bed linen, comfortable beds and a top quality sofa bed if needed. A family bathroom and separate shower room. Kitchen with dining area for 6, and an outside decking area for Alfresco dining in the summer months. An outdoor firepit/barbecue is provided and the use of our 3 acre lake which is a beautiful place to enjoy private fishing or sun bathing on jetty. The Barn forms part of the North East side of a courtyard that has been converted to 4 holiday lets. Outside there is the option to use your own private hot tub from an additional £120 per stay. This can be booked via the guest guide which you will receive 24hrs after your booking confirmation Guest access The Entire House, surrounding fields and 3 acre lake. Other things to note Please note, The garden is not fenced. The hot tub is an optional extra and not included in the price of your stay.
