Old estate 1920 on 3 acres quiet neighborhood pastoral setting 3 miles from Shamokin Pennsylvania and I live just up the hill if needed. No one lives on the premises so you have sole occupancy WiFi 100meg good for 4 users at a time Please note additional pricing if your party is more than 4 or if you bring pets which we charge $35 per night per pet. pets are not counted as guests. if your party is a few more than eight (ie kids etc) we can try to provide an air mattress The space Big porch and gazebo, view of Little Mountain gas insert fireplace hardwood floors remodeled kitchen large dining room oil heat some rooms air conditioned but stays cool in summer All 4 bedrooms have window air conditioners Living room has wall mount ac that keeps it and adjacent dining room and closed porch nice and cool. Kitchen has some benefit as well craftsman detailing on woodwork No ghosts that I know of Fire pit in backyard with firewood Gas grill Krups coffee maker autodrip gold reusable filter Microwave Stove fridge etc Washer/dryer downstairs Got an RV?
