Lagoa Mar House

Welcome to our beach house on the beautiful Alentejo coast. =) Located in a small neighborhood of houses of typical Alentejo colors, next to the beach and lagoon of Santo André (10 min. walk), the house is very spacious, bright and easily accommodates 7 people. With all the conditions you would expect from a home, it is perfect for a family holiday, in the tranquility that characterizes Alentejo. The space The house has 2 floors, each with one 3 bedroom homes with independent access to the exterior via stairs, next to the entrance to the plot. This ad is for the upper floor home. The ground floor home is for family use only during sporadic holidays. Each floor has 3 big and confy bedrooms (each with a double bed and an extra single bed in one of them for a total of 7 people). The living room and kitchen are one single big space with no physical separation between for a great conviviality, making the space more welcoming and communication easier, particularly with groups. There's a single bathroom with a bathtub. Our house has all the furniture and equipment needed, such as a dishwasher and washing machine, a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine with capsules, juicer, immersion blender, iron and ironing board. There's an HD TV (not a smart tv). Every room has furniture to store clothes and there's one with a desk. Its outdoor space is great for barbecues, having lunch below the awning or seat on the balcony overlooking the pine forest and have a nap with the healthy Alentejo's air. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upper floor house and terrace. Other things to note We've arrived at Airbnb in 2017, but we have been renting the house for several years now, so we have the experience needed to make your family and friends have a very pleasant holiday. The beach has a blue flag and belongs to the extensive coast that goes from Tróia to Sines, so no worries about lack of space. In the lagoon you can swim in warmer water, without waves or currents, perfect for children. It is also ideal for canoeing and frequented by Kite Surfers and Wind Surfers in all seasons. The lagoon is a privileged place for birdwatching, with a large variety of birds and access points / information spots for all bird lovers, including wooden walkways that are located on the edge of the lagoon, with beautiful landscapes (e.g. Salgueiral da Galicia). The pine forest, right next to the house, has many routes and is perfect for walking or cycling. Registration Details 38221/AL
