Apartment with a very unique location right by the sea and the island of Hjelm. The apartment 'Ved havet' is a spacious 60 m2 3-room apartment with beautiful sea views from both the ground floor and the 1st floor. The apartment is part of the original living room house, which is connected to Blushøjgård Course and Holiday Center. The apartment is atmospheric with timber-framed and cozy and personal decor. 5 min. walk to the beach. The space On the ground floor: west-facing terrace overlooking charming courtyard - and to the east exit to large common grassland overlooking the sea. The amazing nature is hard to describe in words and pictures - you will probably be pleasantly surprised. Ground floor: kitchen area with fridge with freezer and stove, is in open connection with the living room. In the living room there is a double corner (sleeping) sofa and dining area. There is a TV for streaming with Chromecast (you are responsible for making it work). Bedroom with two single beds (can be put together). Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Bedroom with double bed (can be divided into two) with cozy corner and magnificent views of Kattegat and the island of Hjelm. For the sake of the environment, we recommend that you bring your own covers for bed linen, sheets, towels, dishcloths and cloths. In special situations, it may be possible to rent it (ask about this). There is a salt and pepper mill and sugar bowl in the house. Possibility to borrow iron and coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Possibility to book a high chair (DKK 30) and weekend bed (DKK 30) in advance. Price is per rental. ACTIVITIES AT BLUSHØJGÅRD: There is a campfire area with the most beautiful sea view down by the slope, where you can bake your own sno bread, make popcorn and roast marshmallows, etc. Board games, LEGO/toys, small bicycles and small scooters - and outdoor games for the farm's large outdoor and grass areas can be borrowed. And then, of course, there is the opportunity to enjoy Blushøjgård's beach, where you can swim from the nearby bathing bridge - if you prefer to swim from the beach, it is a good idea to bring bathing shoes. Within a short radius of Blushøjgård, there are several other good beaches. Just across the road, is the Blushøj campsite, where you can use the fantastic large playground for free and get a private agreement to use the swimming pool. There are many activities in the area, see under the item: "Where you'll be". ARRIVAL From 4 pm - there may sometimes be an opportunity to arrive earlier by agreement with the hosts - ask about this. Departure no later than 11 am - there may sometimes be the possibility to stay longer by agreement with the hosts - ask about this. DOGS It may be possible to bring a dog, but this must be agreed individually, so ask about this. Dogs must not be left alone at home and must be on a leash when outside the apartment. Guest access At Blushøjgård, you rent an entire apartment for yourself. There is free parking outside the courtyard.
