With noise eliminating windows and so much open space, you are assured to have a relaxing, quiet visit. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire villa, situated on three floors. The home is separated into two units, to ensure privacy for friends or family that may join you on your stay. The upstairs unit has 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, on two floors, with private front and back entrances. The downstairs unit has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located entirely on the ground floor. You will also be able to enjoy the pool and yard space. Feel free to take any fruit or herbs that you like, from our many trees and plants. We are also glad to share with you from our extensive organic vegetable garden full of squash, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers and lettuce. Laundry facilities are included in the unit. Other things to note We are pet friendly on a case by case basis, please inquire ahead, if you plan on brigning an animal. Guests will need to leave a cash security deposit to insure against damage to the unit and use of electricity. The deposit will vary based upon the length of stay and will be returned upon check out, with the electric fees deducted.
