The cozy double room with bathtub/toilet & TV is located on the 2nd floor of the house and can be booked from 4 nights (minimum stay) without breakfast from 04/01 - 10/31. Free Wi-Fi is available. The local tourist tax is included in the price. The guest card is available on site. The space The visitor's tax is included in the room rate. You will receive the guest card on site. Please note: Dear guests, Health is our top priority. Therefore, we continue to adhere to the general Corona hygiene rules, such as maintaining a minimum distance and hand disinfection. Your hosts - Booking possible from 4 nights - Breakfast is possible on request and after pre-booking. On the 2nd floor, floor, a guest refrigerator and a fully equipped shared kitchen with dining area, radio, electric stove with oven, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dish towels and sufficient dishes and cutlery are available free of charge. A hairdryer is available for rent in the hallway cabinet. In addition, our guests receive hand towels, bath towels and, from a stay of several weeks, bed linens for self-covering. For the intermediate cleaning of the room, we have for our neat and hard-working guests (depending on your wishes and need) on the 2nd floor, a cleaning cabinet with cleaning equipment, buckets, brooms, cleaning agents, mops, vacuum cleaners, toilet paper and garbage bags, etc. for free use. In addition, there are facilities for drying your small laundry in each guest room. For your well-being and relaxation, a covered garden terrace (without a view from the street) with garden furniture, cushions, a small lawn, garden pond and flower beds is available in the garden. For drying your laundry and swimwear, a rotary clothes dryer and clothespins are available on the garden terrace. Of course, there is also free parking in the public parking lot opposite and a drinks and laundry service for a fee. During your stay I live in this house and am available for questions.
