Description
Our private vacation home is beautifully situated in a secluded location with 7,000 m² of garden and meadow on the Flensburg Fjord. You can jog to the beach on lonely boardwalks, make campfires on the beach or at the house, pick blackberries, pot, gild shells... You have your own wooden sauna in the garden, where you can be outside unseen. Fireplace, basic oven, guitar - everything a scout's heart desires. If you are a kayaker: Habernis is perfect for you. - No pets please The space The house was built in 1880 and has a wooden extension with a green roof. Downstairs is the really cozy living room with kitchen area and basic oven (keeps the heat super long). Please put on slippers. In the hallway there is the barbecue and two shelves with ping pong paddles, slackline and hammock as well as sauna infusion ingredients. Then there is the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a second toilet, a small room with a sofa bed and the great extension with a fireplace, sofa bed, restored table. There I always sit to work with a beautiful view of the countryside. Our cottage is for bringing your own bed linen and towels and cleaning yourself. We do this with a lot of trust. If that's right for you, come on over. And it is important to us that you are non-smokers. The washing machine is in the annex. I love to sit at the table longer with family and friends and eat together. That's why there is - a raclette device - an electric table pan (great for bacon and egg in the morning) - Pizza maker for baking small pizzas (super fun, a bit time-consuming to clean;) And upstairs is the attic, where our double bed is and separated by a white tent the two cots - very cuddly. There are honestly three things that are not quite perfect - sometimes a mouse finds its way into the house and in the roof - it is completely ecologically insulated by our previous owners with seaweed - there are also sometimes noises that sound like it. And the house is not insulated, so it takes time to warm up in winter. If no one has been there for a long time, ventilate well and then heat up. The third disadvantage is the spider webs in the top of the attic - they accumulate there again and again. Everything else is really beautiful, but it is important to me that you feel comfortable and we humans are different with what is good for us. Outside there is the sauna, on the adjacent 7,000 m2 enough space to romp, birches where you can attach slackline and hammock, fruit trees to harvest in autumn, loungers and garden chairs and garden tables to eat outside. For campfire evenings, we even have a waffle iron that you can use over the fire. If you enjoy being active outdoors, a great tip: kayaking on the Schlei. There is the Globetrotter Academy in Sundsacker, where you can also book a canoeing course, etc. (It's easier than you think, we did it the other day. - not a capsize roll, just getting out and back in - ) Also nice is a surfing course on the Schlei - very protected for beginners and in Wackerballig you can learn kiting. Bring your bikes and cycle to the open-air museum - the paths are enchantingly beautiful. There are two bikes in the shed that you are welcome to use. Walking on the Geltinger Birk is also great, but there are usually a few people there. For peace and space, campfire and fireplace, long game evenings in the kitchen-living room, wind and sun, our cottage is perfect. We ask you to clean it and leave it lovingly as if it were your own. Guest access You can use everything. It's our private vacation home, so games and guitar are there. Feel free to use everything. You can also take the spices, then you don't have to buy everything new. Otherwise, sailing books and psychological literature as well as garden and baking books of our previous owners are available in various places. You are welcome to read them. Other things to note I have put together a card index box with all the excursion ideas. You are welcome to use it and add things you discover. Overall, I would be happy if families come back and you can use this beautiful place together, a little contact is created and you find home and freedom there as well as we do. In the long term, you could also do something at the house and pay less. I would appreciate a designed page in the guest book and an open and honest contact. If something breaks, just buy it again - unless it's one of our many plates, there are enough of them;)
