The space LA weekly calls North Hollywood "The Best Neighborhood in LA". This vacation rental is a private studio apartment with Tiki touches. This is ideal for a single, roomates or a couple. There is one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed that is queen size in length but more of a double in width. Width: 78 3/4 " Depth: 47 1/4 " The bedding is conveniently stored inside the bed. It is called a Flottebo Sleeper (IKEA). This is a fully furnished unit with a stocked kitchen. The property is close to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, the metro stations and the airport. The stove, refrigerator and microwave are new and there is also a new washer and dryer on site that is free for guest use Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This unit has a shared balcony with a small sitting area and there are more sitting areas located on the property. There is an extra fee for more people above 2 and you must add all guests to the number of guests when booking. We are pet friendly and have added a small dog run in the back. We are also directly across from a big and small dog park. Thank you! Guest access All guests have access to the property which includes the laundry room, sitting areas and the dog run. The WiFi is free for everyone, and Firesticks are supplied. We love to mingle with our guests, but if you are more private then we respect your privacy as well. We want you to feel at home. For the safety of all guests we ask that only the guests that are booked have access to the property and if you are having a guest come by that is not on the listing, we just ask that you inform us first so we know who is on the property. There is street parking as well as two spaces in the back that are first come first serve and we ask that you exhaust street parking options first. Parking is for guests only.
