A delightful holiday cottage for 2-4 people, one well behaved pet welcome, off street parking to the front for one car and enclosed garden to the rear. Runswick Bay beach (Britain's Best Beach 2020) is only a 5 min walk away. EV Charging point available (charges apply for use - please ask) The space On entering Sandpiper Cottage which is just perfect for two to four people, you will find yourself in the entrance vestibule ready to hang your coat and head into the welcoming, snug lounge area. With comfortable seating on two large sofas, TV with Freeview and traditional wood burning / multi fuel stove (starter pack of logs included October to February), the cosy lounge is perfect for relaxing in at the end of a wonderful day. One (1) well behaved dog is welcome. Dogs must not be left unattended. They must not go on our furniture. Leading through to a well equipped open plan kitchen / dining area, there is a dining table with seating for 4 people, fridge / freezer, electric oven and 4 ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (takes Nespresso pods) and kettle. From this light and airy room, French doors lead out on to the enclosed patio / garden area perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. In addition, there is a downstairs bathroom with walk in shower, WC, heated towel rail and sink. There's handy utility space for muddy boots and a washing machine also here if needed. Upstairs you will find the main bedroom at the front of the property with a comfy king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe. Overlooking the garden to the rear, you will find a smaller double bedroom with one bedside table (please note the bed is against the wall on one side) and the house bathroom with walk in shower, WC, heated towel rail and sink. The house is electrically heated throughout for you to adjust as required as Runswick Bay is a village without gas. Free Wifi. A travel cot is available on request (please bring own cot bedding / linen as these are not provided) Guest access You can park one car right outside the house off street. An EV charge point is available (modest charges apply) Other things to note Our rear garden is suitable for dogs but please note fences and gaps can be found so please do not leave your dog unattended.
