Perfect for long time stay in a amazing location with lots of walkable areas to eat , drink and relax Thank you for choosing us The space Please fully read description before inquiring : This lovely studio is located on the lower level of our home and is the perfect place to retire from the hustle and bustle of the fast moving city . It is quiet , private and bright and is not appropriate for the loud party type as our family lives on the other side of the housse . The studio is very cozy , roomy and seats in our basement . The house is old so noises travel easely , therefore you can hear things from us above . We try to keep it as low as possible but can’t always garanty total quietness . We do provide the necessary kitchen and bathroom items you will need to simplify your stay . We LIVE in this house and despite the fact that the studio is separated from the main house , we still share the walls so we kindly ask our guests to be respectful as we are . This space is well appointed , fully furnish with plenty of nice extras like a charging station for phones , watches and a night stand that convert into board games ! This is not a full kitchen , only a kitchenette with a mini fridges stocked with clean water and coffee creamers, a multifunction microwave oven ( include a healthy air fry, convection oven !) , 2 precision induction cooktops , a Kering brewing station with plenty of different flavor pods and a Frother , a toaster , a electric kettle ). If you are of a gently vintage age and find narrow concrete stairs challenging , this will not be the place for you as there is steps leading down to the studio . We will be here to greed you , so please give us a ETA do we can plan accordingly . After you check in , you are independent to enjoy your vaca as you please . Check out is simple : Leave all trash outside the studio door , wash all dishes , close the doors , leave the key in the mail box on the wall and walk out ! You are check out! Parking is free on the street , plenty of spaces , as long as you don’t block any body ‘ s driveway . Guest access We greed you and give you the key . You get access to the studio , the 2 outdoor seating area and the back yard, Enjoy ! Other things to note If you break something , please tell us . We know accident happens but founding out ourself is never a good surprise .
