Caltanissetta has a flourishing economy; its area is rich in interesting naturalistic landscapes and important architectural churches or palaces. Today, this area offers many things to see; the central location of the residence is close to the routes of great hystorical, social and cultural interest. The space The residence is near the bus stop and the hystorical local market "strata a foglia" (during the daytime it is full of pictoresque sounds, typical scents and colours, at night it turns into a trendy area famous for its night clubs and pubs). The residence is fully furnished and comfortable, a suitable place for seasonal workers or tourists. It has been carefully restored, in full compliance with its original simple style of the early 1900s.
