Villa Lucia

This beautifull Villa is located in a priviledged place of the coffe region at 45 minutes of Pereira heading to Alcalá, it has been developed through the years by its owner Olga Lucía, a retired social worker that loves art and nature. Together with her husband enjoyes and loves sharing it with the guests of around the world. The space Easy access from the city of Pereira (45 minutes) or Armenia (70 minutes) this beautifull Villa is located inside the limits of Montecarmelo Ranch, its private land is aprox 1,2 acres, includes parking (6 cars of capacity), broad and nice yard of 900 sq meters, a 10x5 meters swimming pool, pool kiosk and the Villa itself of around 200 sq meters. The Villa consists on the first floor of living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry, one bedroom with a doble bed and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with one doblebed each, a wide lounge, balcony and one bathroom. Surrounded by nature, with beautifull landscapes, paths to walk and enjoy the peacefull of the place and surroundings, and all the turistic activities of the coffee region at very close distance. Guest access All the areas are available for the guests. There are stairs to access the second floor, but if there are dissabled persons there is a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor. Other things to note There are two very friendly dogs and one cat that won´t bother (there is a dog cage), there is hot water in the showers of both bathrooms. It is not allowed loud and crouded parties, or to invite more persons than the registered in the confirmed reservation. It is not allowed the use of ilegal drugs. Registration Details 179761
