Bi-fold doors open out onto a newly decked area with a table and chairs. Views of the sea are clear here and is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine. You also have a beach themed WC on this level. Taking the second flight of stairs up, you have two further bedrooms to the back and front of the property.
