The Highland Bothies Beinn Ghobhlach- dog friendly

Our luxury Bothies are based on a working croft overlooking Ullapool in Wester Ross .The Bothies have uninterrupted views of Lochbroom. Each Bothy is equipped with a comfortable fixed bed and all linen. Also has a shower room & heated towel rail,towels, Compact Kitchen(no oven), with induction hob,fridge,microwave, kettle,toaster,underfloor heating, TV/DVD. A hot tub can be added as an extra charge of £70 & a dog £20 at time of booking by messaging us on time of booking . The space Price per night per Bothy is based on 2 adults sharing. ( Additional fees for hot tub use is £20 per day or weekly stays £70. Please let us know if you want to add hot tub to your stay at time of booking by messaging us) Maximum 2 adults Week days minimum stay of 4 nights. Arrival Monday's Minimum stay, 3 nights weekends Arrival Friday's Weekly stays from Mon - Mon or Fri - Fri We have set arrival days - Mondays & Fridays ONLY during high season April to October ( request shorter stays in low season Nov - March). Our two micro-lodges, “An Teallach” and “Beinn Ghobhlach”, are situated on our family croft overlooking the traditional fishing village of Ullapool. We offer cosy, comfortable all-year-round accommodation with under floor heating, shower & toilet, and a small kitchen comprising of an electric hob, microwave, kettle, sink and fridge. Price per night per Bothy is based on 2 adults sharing. When making a booking for dogs, can you add an extra guest this will charge £5 per night , which is the cost for a dog, if you are bringing 2 dogs add an extra 2 guest. Just write us a message to say its dogs you are bringing. Sorry there is no way of us adding costs for dogs or extra adults, so we have just the cost for children. Sorry for any inconvenience, only way we can do it. Dog charges £5 per dog (max 2 small dogs) There is a comfortable double bed for two adults. Both Bothies are fully serviced with bedding and towels for your stay, and all crockery and cutlery are supplied. Each spacious decking is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ area for a disposable BBQ and a gas fire-pit for each of the Bothies. Enjoy breakfast outside on the decking, or watch the sun set as your dinner cooks on your barbeque. Or after a long day exploring, why not light up your fire-pit and enjoy a glass of wine or toasted marshmallows, as you cosy up next to the flames and sit back to look at the stars. And, if you are really lucky the Northern Lights might even dance for you! There is a designated parking area a short walking distance from the Bothy site. The footpath is lit with sensor LED lighting. Other things to note We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs in our Beinn Ghobhlach Bothy, but as a working croft with sheep we do require that dogs are kept on leads at all times. There are tether hooks provided. Our Bothies are luxury glamping accommodation so we have rules for the four-legged guests. These are to ensure that our Bothies stay luxury. As space in the Bothy is compact, we would advise that it is not suitable for large dogs. We would however accept 2 small dogs. Certain breeds of dogs we just cannot accept in accordance with the Dangerous Dog act 1991. There is a charge of £5 per night per dog. We are happy to provide dog bowls if required. Doggie Dos and Don’ts. Please ensure that flea treatment is up to date before arrival. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, even with a blanket. Owners should bring their own dog bed and towels. Please ensure that your dog is clean before entering the Bothy (an outside tap is provided.) The dog(s) must not be left unattended in the Bothy at any time. It’s the owner’s responsibility to clean up after your dog inside and outside the Bothy. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times while on and around the site, and kept under control by a responsible adult. Your pet must not be permitted to cause any kind of nuisance to the neighbouring properties. The interior and grounds must be left in a clean, undamaged condition. Any damage or stains must be paid for in full. We cannot stress enough that this is a working croft and there will be sheep, lambs and deer around the site, which must not be stressed by dogs off the lead. Please be aware of the the Bothy's size, it has everything you need but it is a glamping bothy, so a compact space. Especially when booking to use the sofa bed, when its fully made up it is a good size sofa bed. Please take the time to look at our pictures.
