House with garden, directly on the lake

Comfortable vacation home directly on the lake for 6 people. The house measures 100 square meters and has 3 bedrooms, a garden, a large terrace, a veranda, and private parking. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There's a bathroom and a half bathroom. From the garden you can access the lake. On the shore of the lake, there is a comfortable path for long and pleasant walks. The space In the house there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two bedrooms each with two single beds. Guest access The Tre Capitelli Village has internal services such as: tennis, table tennis, volleyball court, restaurant, market. From mid-June until early September also: windsurfing school, windsurfing rentals, sailboats, pedal boats and canoes. Other things to note The place has no sheets, towels, and toilet paper. The sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. Upon arrival we provide a roll of toilet paper. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax for those over 13 years of age.
