Front door is equipped with coded keyless entry lock for easy access on arrival. 6’ solid Driveway gate to the back yard is very secure w/padlock and lockbox to allow access for the Gardener on Wednesday mornings and other pre-arrangements (I.e. Dog Walker, package deliveries, etc). Home is also equipped with Ring Monitored Alarm, doorbell camera and keyed entry lock to the private bedroom space. Plenty of parking on the street and driveway w/ no parking restrictions. Trailers OK! I also have full RV hook-ups in the driveway to dump, and re-fill tanks before you leave.
