Our mansion is located in Central Zagori at one of the entrances of the village of Koukouli, overlooking the beginning of the Vikos gorge and the unique, stone-built bridge of Kokoros. The warm architecture with stone and wood makes your stay carefree and the vibrant colors on the ceilings, walls and doors and windows take you to another era. We welcome you with a warm Zagori pie, mountain tea with our own honey, homemade jam and traditional liqueurs for a sweeter stay! Guest access The uniqueness of the mansion is, something that hardly happens in Zagori, the car hangs outside the door of the house! The mansion is surrounded by a two-acre plot, with fruit trees, vegetables and a vegetable garden. Other things to note A short distance from our village you will admire the famous bridge of Kokkori, the beautiful staircase of Vradeto, the Three-arched bridge in the Gardens of Zagori as well as the bridge of Missios between Koukoulio and Vitsa. From our village you can go to the neighboring Zagori villages: Kipi (4km), Kapesovo (5.8km), Tsepelovo (12km), Vradeto (14km), Vitsa (15km), Monodendri (17km), Aristi (27km), and many more villages, as we are in the center of Zagori.
