It is a 2-storey maisonette on a 700sq.m. estate. The main villa extends to 155sqm. All bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning, TV and views of the garden or the surrounding olive groves. It also has three bathrooms, one with shower and two with bathtub, and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Attached to the villa you will find the stone built guesthouse of 45sqm, including the 4th bedroom, one of the bathrooms and the 2nd kitchen. The guesthouse is available for bookings of 7-8 guests. For up to 6 guests, the guesthouse is available (optional) with an additional cost per night. In the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Both the elevated ground floor and the upper floor have verandas with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy your coffee or food with a beautiful view. The stone-built outdoor area consists of a 45sqm pool, with a shallow spot for children, and is surrounded by flowers, grass and olive trees. In the pool area you will find sunbeds, an umbrella and outdoor shower. You will also find a BBQ for lovers and a large comfortable private car park.
