Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in the centre of Ashbourne with easy access to the Peaks, and less than 20mins from Alton Towers. The house is situated next to the start of the Tissington Trail, so the countryside is just a 5 minute walk through the Ashbourne Tunnel. Ashbourne marketplace is less than 10 minutes walk away which has lots of pubs, restaurants and independent shops, plus there is a large Sainsbury's just over the road. No pets allowed in the property. The space The space consists a living room and kitchen with utility room on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and an office and master bedroom with ensuite on the second floor. The confortable living room features a wood burning stove and a 52inch TV with both freeview and an Amazon Firestick which includes Netflix and Amazon Prime. The kitchen is well equiped with a gas oven and hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave and George Foreman grill. Cutlery and crockery is provided, plus a full set of kitchen knives, utensils and cooking equipment. In the utility room is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. The front bedroom has two single beds and a wall mounted TV with an Amazon Firestick, and the rear bedroom has a king bed. The main bathroom features a rainfall shower and a luxury freestanding bath. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite with a rainfall shower, plus an office space on the landing. In the back garden guests have access to the rear yard with an outdoor table and chairs. Guest access There is free on street parking at the front of the house. I've never had an issue finding a space along the road, but depending on the time of day there may not be space directly infront of the house. If you're bringing several vehicles you can either park further down the road or use the pay and display car park over the road. The house is elevated from the road, so you have to climb a flight of stairs to access the front door. This may be challenging for those with difficulty walking. There is no guest access to the basement or to the higher tiers of the garden.
