Timberline A3B Deluxe 1-Bedroom + Loft

Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. The space Unit A3B is a one bedroom with a loft located on the 3rd floor. 830 SQ FT. There is a balcony with a view of tree's and distant mountains.  The Bedroom has a King bed.  Full size bathroom next to bedroom.  The loft has 2 double beds and a full bathroom.  Living room has a big sofa which includes a sofa bed and a gas fireplace.  Full kitchen with an island for extra space and eating.  Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage.  No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.   There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact throughout the stay. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidental purposes such as room charges, damages, or parking. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
