Hi there! Thanks for your interest in my little house. Recently renovated and cared for by my family, full of light and plants, it offers a base to explore the city and return to rest. It has all the amenities and is minutes away from Plaza Serrano, Plaza Armenia, Movistar Arena, two subway lines and many buses. Bars and restaurants for all tastes, craft breweries, thousands of ice cream shops within walking distance. In the very heart of tango life, with many milongas less than 10 minutes away. The space ♣ Apartment recently remodeled for comfort and aesthetic value. Lots of light and sun during the afternoon. ♣ Living room furnished with table, chairs and a two-seater futon that can be used as a bed. Large library and stereo ♫ to connect laptops or cell phones. ♣ Bedroom with a double bed, new mattress, clean sheets, and padding. 49" Smart TV with Netflix access☺. Separate ♣ kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and condiments. ♣ Bathroom with shower and bathtub, 24-hour hot water and towels. ► WiFi throughout the apartment ► Air conditioning cold - heat, fan ► Sube card It ► is possible to fold the table and lift the futon, leaving the space clear for dance classes, rehearsals, or yoga. Please note that: ► The building does not have an elevator, you have to climb THREE floors by stairs. ► The building is slowly being remodeled, it is safe and functional, but it still needs to be updated aesthetically. ►All the windows face a busy avenue: we have blinds and blackout shades to contain the sound, but it can be noisy at times. The entrance to the building is on a busy and well-lit avenue, surrounded by shops and bus stops and 100 meters from a police station, which makes it especially safe, even at night.
