Old restored farm in Rosnay, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Park. On the ground floor, a very large room of 65 m² with a seating area around a wood stove; a kitchen/dining room; a shower room with toilet and a storage room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and toilet. A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, another with 2 90 cm beds and a last with 3 90 cm beds. Our house overlooks a gravel terrace and a large meadow for you to enjoy. The space 3-star tourist accommodation. Our gîte is ideally located to explore the wild Brenne on foot, by bicycle or by car, discover its varied landscapes (ponds, woods, meadows and buttons), a particularly rich flora and fauna and its architectural riches. Many hikes and walks are offered by the Brenne Regional Park and the brochures are available in the gîte. From there, you can also visit the Château du Bouchet, the old town of Blanc, the site of Argentomagus, Château Guillaume, Azay le Ferron or discover the animals of the Parc de la Haute Touche Guest access The entire house will be at your disposal. On the side of the house, a parking space is provided for your cars. Other things to note Be careful, it's a low house typical of the Berry region and in some rooms the beams are really low and you have to lower your head!
