Beach Oasis! Heated pool! 10 min walk to beach!

Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. 10 minute walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach access. This beach oasis home is great for a family getaway seeking some rest and relaxation. There is a spectacular solar heated pool in a tropical setting and outdoor entertaining area, which includes a grill, a firepit and newly added lounge chairs. This is a quiet neighborhood with a safe walk to Indian Rocks Beach. Indian Rocks Beach BTR #1987 The space Our Beach Oasis has a large living room with an abundance of very comfortable seating and lounging space. A dedicated work area with a small desk to focus on any work you may need to get done is also located in the living room. You will find board games for your use, books to read (take a book, leave a book), or just sit back and watch some TV on the big screen. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar counter with stools, a coffee bar with multiple coffee making options (including coffee, espresso and snacks) and is open to the dining area. The dining room leads to the beautiful deck, which offers shade for outdoor relaxation, a fire pit, BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. There are three bedrooms. All beds have comfortable mattresses and luxury linens. There are two bathrooms. The master bathroom in en-suite, has a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. You will find everything you need for the beach in the garage, including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler and toys for kids. Pool is solar heated. Water temperature in the winter will average approximately 10-12 degrees higher than the Gulf of Mexico. This is an uncaged pool with greenery surrounding it. It is cleaned weekly but please expect foilage to make its’ way into the pool. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house with the exception of a storage room under the house and the hallway closet. Safety is always a priority for us and because of the pool both outdoor gates that lead to the back yard will always remain locked. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway. There is no street parking allowed. Other things to note Garage door remote can be made available upon request with a $50 refundable deposit. We will only keep the deposit if the remote is lost or damaged. The house has security cameras to view the exterior, which includes a doorbell/camera combination at the front door.
