Awesome location and pretty close to many amenities . on the 5th floor of this old type portuguese building u will find a Beautiful semi furnished little 2bed room apt in the heart of the city ( maianga ). No elevator (great daily work out lol) the place has 2 bedrooms but we r only renting 1, as the apt is in transition. guests may or may not be alone in the apt. The space It feels like home away from home, and not cold like hotels ;) fully furnishedapartment waiting for u and your bags only. fully furnished bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. (stove, oven, microwave, fridge , Cofee and tea electrical pots, Washing machine ) We have ACs in the bedroom and living areas , service maid 2 xper week for those staying longer than 5 days . Is very close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, lanchotes e cafeterias around. There's farmacies, mini markets and other amenities a short walk distance 2 make your life easy even if u don't have a car. . A short drive to the beach, hotels for meetings at walking and/or driving distance as well as a short drive from various pubs for fun There r plenty of candogueiros ( taxi vans )stops around. we also have in Angola various Uber like services. ask me abt it Guest access the entire apartment Queen size bed, night stands, closet space and an extra lamp if needed. Maid service during your stay . Full access to a fully furnished kitchen. if u need the maid to purchase basic groceries for u please let us know Other things to note we will leave the internet password, taxi apps names as well as food delivery numbers by your nightstands. there is always 1 security in the building that can assist u to purchase last min things, carrying groceries up, luggage etc. just be sure to tip them 1-2000 kz ,average
