Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes. The space Originally the stables, the space has been converted into a beautifully decorated, detached and very quiet holiday home, situated to the rear of our garden. The accommodation comprises: a fully-equipped kitchen with seating, a large living area, two bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a bathroom and a wet room. The downstairs accommodation is ideal for anyone who has limited mobility as there is easy access. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed with a bathroom across the landing. Perfectly private for couples or families sharing a holiday break together. Please note both beds in each bedroom are double beds. A secluded patio area is ready for your own use, with patio furniture and outdoor lighting. There is private, secure parking for two cars and electric gates to allow easy access. A welcome pack will greet you on arrival. Little extras can be arranged to mark a special occasion - please ask. We have a tiny pop-up bar with wines, gin and beer available, open all day. Honesty box for donations. The log burner is ready with a small basket of logs to get you started. Extra logs are available for purchase. The Stables has Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, a selection of reading materials and DVDs, local area maps/information, toys and board games. There is plenty of room for a travel-cot if you are travelling with a young child. Please ask. Guest access The Stables is accessed via the large, electric garden gates at the side of the property. Prior to your arrival, you will given the key code which will open the electric gates so may park safely and securely. Please inform us if there are two cars arriving - thank you. Other things to note Please note that last minute additions to the original booking will be charged. For example, if the original booking is for 2 guests and you wish to extend to 3-4 adults/children, there will be an on site additional charge of £15 per night to cover cleaning and laundry. Please note check out is 11.00a.m. Late check is available an an extra cost. Stays for extended periods are an option - please enquire.
