Welcome to our house in Insjön - a quiet, green and safe place to stay. It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. A rowboat is available June-August. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden. The space On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room, a tv-room with toys and a dining room next to the kitchen. In the dining room there is both a high chair for children and a baby high chair. There is also a shower room and a large hallway. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large bed (210x210 cm), the second bedroom a bunk bed (90x200 cm and 120x200 cm) and a convertible sofa (130x200 cm), the third bedroom a double bed (160x200 cm), the fourth bedroom a small double bed (140x200 cm) and the fifth bedroom a loft bed (90x200 cm). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. You will have access to all the rooms and wardrobes. There are terraces and balconies in all directions, a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, three large tables and plenty of space for various activities. There is a small playground in the garden with swings, a small playhouse, a trampoline and more. There is bed linen an bath towels for all the guests. There is basic equipment in the kitchen such as kitchen towels, washing liquid and spices. There are buses to central Stockholm. A car is recommended if you want to explore the larger surroundings around the house. Cleaning of the house and washing of sheets and towels is included and is carried out by a professional cleaning company. Other things to note There is a charger for electric cars which can be used for free up to SEK 200, and above that at cost price. In the house's basement there is an apartment with its own entrance that is rented by a quiet and friendly woman. There is also a guest house behind the garage (at the other end of the premise) with a tenant. They do not have access to the house or the garden.
