Relax in your private space or spend the day on a sandy beach and exploring the back waters of Walton-on-the-Naze. Array of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants approx. a short walk away The space A fully private seaside apartment on the ground floor of my home which is entered through your own private entrance into a large hallway with plenty of storage for suitcases. Separate cloakroom accessed from hallway. There is secure parking behind electric gates, which you will share with the owner. The main living area is made up of a large studio room which is accessed down three steps, with a super king size bed (with the option of two twins if preferred), and a new fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable chairs, a breakfast bar with stools and a wall mounted smart tv. A fan is also available for your comfort. The windows offer direct views to the sea over my garden. The bathroom has a large shower and fitted shelves and cupboards. As well as a shaver point in the light up mirror. The property also has a large games room with a pool table, wall mounted television, sofas and chairs for relaxing in after a long day at the beach. There is a selection of games and books to enjoy. In the games room is a good quality double (4 foot) sofa bed which can be used for a third or fourth guest. I have a Numa travel cot and high chair/ baby bath available on request. There is a secure fenced courtyard with a BBQ for your use and outside seating. The side access to the main house is through this courtyard which the owner may occasionally pass through although this is rare. The property is located on the cliff top in a quiet residential area but with direct access to the beach and promenade and within easy reach of the local towns of Frinton on Sea and Walton on Naze. There are numerous restaurants, pubs, independent coffee shops and cafes within walking distance. The beaches here are golden sand and ideal for swimming. The area just below The Annex was recently featured on BBC2 Interior Design programme when 5 beach huts were updated. Guest access Parking in free in Connaught Avenue in Frinton on Sea should you wish to travel there by car. Other things to note The sofa bed is located in the large games room with access to the cloakroom. There is secure parking for one car on my driveway and roadside parking for any additional vehicles.
