Description

Cosy 3 bed grade 2 listed cottage attached to an Old Rectory, our family home set in over 7 acres of formal gardens and woodlands. The cottage has its own private garden area with tables and chairs, BBQ and fire pit. We also have a newly refurbished tennis court which we are happy for guests to use by arrangement. There are public footpaths accessed from the property. Unlimited secure off road parking. Close to Hitchin, Stevenage and Letchworth. London and Cambridge 30mins by train. The space The Cottage comfortably sleeps 5 adults with 1 main bathroom with bath and shower . Plus an additional shower room and separate toilet. The master bedroom also has a sink. Travel cot available on request. Full use of Laundry (shared with owners but separate access for each party). Guest access The Cottage is accessed up the main long drive way to The Old Rectory and is next door to our main residence. Other things to note We have a friendly golden retriever called Maggie and a black and white cat called Eric. We occasionally look after our daughters dog who is also friendly.
