The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! XMAS and LONGER TERM LETS by request please. The space You will have a lovely King (150CM) bed to sleep on and we can provide a travel cot if you have a baby in the lounge area. There is also a mezzanine with a desk which makes a great working space and also 2 chairs where you can sit and have a glass of wine. The main bedroom has a bathroom with a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. The whole barn has underfloor heating so will be lovely and cosy in Winter. There is a smart TV in the bedroom and the lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Outside there is a patio with a table and chairs and we can provide loungers and towels and you are welcome to find a quiet spot in our garden or play tennis on the tennis court or even gather round a fire pit on a chilly evening. There are many places to explore nearby and we are only 35 mins from Cambridge and St Albans. Its possible to walk into Letchworth Garden City in 30 mins and also a little further to Hitchin where you will find lots of restaurants and pubs. We will provide a continental breakfast for your first night/morning which caters for most dietary needs. We also have a Type 2 charger for electric cars for (chargeable) and plenty of safe parking. We look forward to welcoming you to The Little Barn. Other things to note We feel that the barn is not suitable for crawling babies and toddlers due to hard surfaces and steps.
