Seafront Bergen:Fishing, privat pier, boat, kayak

This is an architect-designed house that is beautifully west facing right on the seafront. New garden 2023 with Swimspa (20-40 degrees), terrace and artificial grass. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 gameing room, kitchen (well equipt) with dining room (long table), 1 living room, 2 bathrooms (one of them with access to the garden), laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and hall. We recommend this place if you like proximity to the sea and gorgeous sunsets. WELCOME! The space We think our place is unique because of the seafront location and the beautiful view. Private dock provides and opportunity to rent a small open boat. The house is west facing and has sun until 23 in the midle of the summer. When the weather is nice you will have some magical sunsets. Otherwise, large parts of the garden are secluded and the house is modern and minimalist. Guest access You have access to the house with garden and our private quay area. There is good parking space for cars in the garden. Outdoor furniture: sofa with pillows and table, 2 sun loungers with pillows, 4 chairs, a grill is based on the quay (there is also an old gasgrill in the garden (not so very good, but you can use it if you clean it after). NB! The garage and 2 stalls are not available for rental. Wardrobe is also private, but we have purchased three clothes stands with hangers. And have also emptied a large closet in the hallway for our guests. Otherwise the laundry room, and possibly the office counter can be used as storage. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. We don't use shoes inside. Otherwise, it is important to respect the neighbors. If you are rent the boat (Pioneer 14 Active, 9,9/20 HK) it is important to know that it is certificated for max 4 persons.
