Rental unit in Idaho Falls

Centrally located for easy day trips to West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, Island Park and surrounding areas with quick access US20, US26, I-15 and airport. Downtown/greenbelt is about 1 mile and we are 2 blocks from the IFHS Civic Auditorium. Hospitals are 3 miles, approx 10 mins. 1 mile to full service grocery/department store. Economical and comfortable apt with walk in closet, full bath and plenty of storage space for longer stays. Assigned off-street parking. Electronic keypad access. The space Our family has owned and managed this small apartment complex -17 total units-for the past 20 years. We personally take care of the property and know all of our full-time residents. Some of our tenants have been with us for nearly 15 years. We have remodeled several apts on the property for short term renters. This unit is dedicated to AirBnB guests only. It is the top floor unit of 2-story apt building. You will need to be able to walk 1 flight of stairs. This is a small complex with 9 apts on a busy street and 8 more in two 4 plexes on a corner property. This apt complex does not have alot of curb-appeal on the outside but I'm confident guests will be happy with the interior neutral and comfortable furnishings, full size fridge and quality linens. Bedside tables with lamps, a power extension and full length mirror. Floor fan you can move around and ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are black-out blinds and drapes in the bedroom and privacy drapes in the large LR window. Please note: this apt overlooks a busy street from the front LR window. Privacy shades and curtains are provided The neighboring business has a bright sign which you will notice at night in the bedroom. There are blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom window which block that light. AC-We install a window air-conditioning unit in the living room window in the summer typically June 1 to Oct 1. Idaho evenings typically cool off significantly so opening windows and running fans are often sufficient to cool the space without use of the AC. Guest access There is an electronic key pad lock for front door access. We have off-street assigned parking and a coin-op laundry room- 2 washers and 2 dryers- quarters only. Our internet service is excellent for working remotely. Recent speed test was 95Mbps!! We have a pack n play upon request. Other things to note This unit can be noisy in the Living Room during commuting hours as the LR picture window looks right out onto the street so please be aware of this. We have installed privacy blinds and drapes. The bedroom is located at the back of the apt and is much quieter.
