My private guest bedroom and attached bathroom are located on the back side of the house overlooking the deck and backyard. With one queen bed and optional air mattress, the space accommodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children. The room also includes a desk, sitting area, local info and guides, and small refrigerator. GUEST ONLY SPACES: guest bedroom, guest bathroom. SHARED SPACES: kitchen, Fitness room, laundry/sun room, deck, backyard and breakfast area. KITCHEN RULES: Cabinets are labeled. You are welcome to cook as long as you clean your dishes/food waste afterwards. You are also welcome to use basic spices and oils. There is a small fridge in the guest room. Freezer space is available if needed in the kitchen. This home is in a safe, established neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. I ask that noise be kept to a respectable level. FITNESS ROOM includes dumbbells and flat bench, Concept 2 Rower, TRX, resistance bands, yoga mat, and various other workout equipment. Once we meet at check-in, I will show you to the guest area and kitchen. For guests staying 2 or more nights, I will provide a front door code to use during your stay. From there we can interact as much or as little as you desire. I am always available by phone or text. This home is my primary residence. Please respect my private spaces and house rules. MY FUR BABIES: I have 3 spoiled but adorable dogs and 1 equally spoiled cat. It’s best to greet you in the front yard so you can get to know the puppies. The pups will love on you and play with you as much or as little as you allow. They will definitely bark, but are not at all aggressive. If you are not an animal lover, you may want to find other accommodations. My babies have free reign of the shared spaces and love attention. I keep the guest room & bathroom doors closed at all times. All I ask is that you do not feed them or let them outside at any time. North Meridian is a quiet established area with rolling hills, large lawns and runner/walker/stroller friendly streets. There is easy access to Highway 39 and Hwy 493(Poplar Springs Drive) and North Hills Street. My home is approximately: -2 minutes from Northeast Park -10 minutes from I-20/59 (Exit 154) -8-12 minutes from downtown Meridian, the MAEX, Riley Center, MSU-Meridian downtown, Threefoot Brewery and area hospitals. -10-12 minutes from Bonita Lakes Park and Mall/main shopping area. -12-15 minutes from MCC, MSU Meridian main campus, NAS Meridian and Meridian Regional Airport/ Key Field. -25 minutes from Okatibee Lake.
