Relaxing Private Room/Bath, Conveniently Located

Our guest room with on suite private bathroom overlooks the deck and backyard. The room features a queen-sized bed (optional air mattress as needed), desk/vanity, sitting area and small refrigerator. The space Our home is located in a quiet, established runner/walker friendly neighborhood with tall trees and rolling hills. Our home is 5-15 minutes from I20/59, Downtown, NAS Meridian, Meridian Community College, Mississippi State University-Meridian campuses and major shopping/business areas. Guest access GUEST ONLY SPACES: guest bedroom, guest bathroom. SHARED SPACES: kitchen and breakfast area, fitness room, laundry/sunroom, deck, backyard. KITCHEN RULES: Cabinets are labeled. You are welcome to cook as long as you clean your dishes/food waste afterwards. Basic spices and oils are available. There is a small fridge in the guest room. Freezer space is available if needed in the kitchen. This home is in a safe, established neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. We ask that noise be kept to a respectable level. FITNESS ROOM includes dumbbells and flat bench, Concept 2 Rower, TRX, resistance bands, yoga mat, and various other workout equipment. During your stay Once we meet at check-in, we will show you to the guest area and kitchen. (For guests staying 2 or more nights, I will provide a front door code to use during your stay.) From there we can interact as much or as little as you desire. I am always available by phone or text. This home is our primary residence. Please respect our private spaces and house rules. OUR FUR BABIES: I have 2 spoiled but adorable dogs and 1 equally spoiled cat. The pups (especially Luna) will love on you and play with you as much or as little as you allow. They will definitely bark, but are not at all aggressive. If you are not an animal lover, you may want to find other accommodations. Our babies have free rein of the shared spaces and love attention. We keep the guest room & bathroom doors closed at all times. All we ask is that you do not feed them or let them outside at any time. Other things to note This home is our primary residence. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Additional guests who are not acknowledged in the initial reservation are not allowed on the property. All parties must vacate the premises, and the reserving guest(s) will immediately forfeit their reservation with no refund. *Absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING or TOBACCO USE of any kind allowed on the premises. If you smoke/vape, you must do so inside or near your vehicle. PERSONAL TRAINING: Evelyn is a Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist.
