All rooms as well as living and dining area are air-conditioned. A veranda invites you to linger. In the summer months usually from the end of April to the end of October, the permanently installed pool invites you to swim. The landlord lives on the property next door (granny flat) and speaks fluent German. Other things to note Strictly adhere to the house rules,
