Studio 1 – ZK Residence – Pool and Gym

You will feel good in this quiet, elegant, and functional studio. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool, gym and free parking. 24-hour security, easy access and close to all shops. Guest access Check-ins are from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you need to check in later, please ask the person of your choice to pick up the key. We'll just ask for their name and phone number. You will have access to the entire apartment. A paid laundry room is located on the ground floor (please contact the reception desk on the ground floor). Other things to note We depend on EDG (Électricité de Guinee) during the day. However, in the event of a power outage, we turn on the generator from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. However, you can ask us to turn on the generator during the day by paying the price of fuel, namely 10L/h.
