Large country house located in the foothills, with a maximum capacity of 16 people. It has 15,000 meters of land and 700 square meters built. There are many fruit trees and a swimming pool in the surrounding area. It has 2 beautiful terraces to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and a good grill. Inside it has a large swimming pool near the living room of the house. Ideal for family groups who want to disconnect. San Francisco Lodge is less than 5 minutes away in case you don't want to cook. The space Come and enjoy the tranquility of the mountain range and an extraordinary view between the mountains. You can go trekking, enjoy the outdoor pool among large trees, and enjoy nature at its best. Play a game of pool on your own table and achieve a connection and a total encounter with nature. Additionally, you can end the day inside the heated pool, totally exclusive, together with friends and/or family, it is something that in few places can be done.(The pool heater costs 150,000 per day with a minimum of two days. Pool heating is not included in the rental and must be contracted as an extra.) The house has two floors, on the first floor are the common spaces such as: living room, dining room, terrace and grill (outside), kitchen and TV room. There is also the main room with a private bathroom and a second room with a double bed with a private bathroom. Between these rooms there is a "Guest" bathroom. The second floor has 5 rooms, 3 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom, a terrace, living room and pool table space. The house has all the implements to ensure that your stay is complete, you just have to bring a beach towel for the pools and your own charcoal for the barbecues! RESTRICTIONS: PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED. Other things to note The two pools (indoor and outdoor) do not have a fence so if you come with small children you have to be aware. The second floor has a gate to block the staircase. The house has all the implements, all you have to bring is beach towels for the pools and charcoal for the grill.
