The idyllic holiday home invites you to relax and recharge and has an ideal suburban location and just a 15-minute walk to the center. In addition to the wine region and the many rural attractions, you can recharge your batteries in the lovingly furnished holiday home or enjoy the garden. A retreat for relaxing evenings. If you love peace and nature but also wine festivals, you've come to the right place. The Sulmsee or the castle are waiting! The space Leibnitz invites you. The volcano country is now well known and offers many attractions and opportunities to enjoy. But now to the place of power to get to know: It's important to me that you can relax, switch off and, above all, recharge your batteries. I have consciously created places of power and when it comes to furnishings and comfort, I always strive to create even more well-being and charm. The FerienWohlfühlHAUS itself stands for naturalness with lots of wood and stone and a cozy kitchen-living room but also for relaxing in the autumn and winter months. Sufficient space to unfold and retract. The small garden is lovingly designed and especially the veranda and the grill are a place to relax. Children can play freely and informally, there are plenty of toys indoors and outdoors and parents can relax. The property is fenced and also protected from view. The holiday home was completely rebuilt in July 2022. A separate area with a playground for the children, apple trees and blueberries invites you to retreat and you walk across my main garden to the holiday home. The fruit is of course freely available and hopefully also beneficial to the palate. Especially in autumn the delicious apples... The children's playground invites you to let off steam and enjoy. The house itself has many small places of power and invites you to end an adventurous day. There are enough sleeping options, especially for families. And if I am informed in advance, I can make an additional bed accordingly. Up to 8 guests are possible (but then one person in the living-dining area on the sofa) - just contact us again.
