Elevated with great views of the garden and nested in the food forest/farm. the back deck is screened in and has a simple kitchen, the entire space is fun and relaxing, like camping out but with nice beds and linens. No electricity in this cottage!!! Electric and power available at our farm central. WiFi and electrical charging available at our main lodge from 9am to 9pm. Bathrooms and solar shower are shared with the farm. no hairdryers or overnight medical devices allowed. We are an organic farm in a 6 acre food forest. Your cottage overlooks the turmeric and ginger crop. Our farm is certified organic and we are off-grid. this cottage has no power. you have candles and solar lights. We do not use pesticides, so we share our farm with all of nature! we ask that you help control pests by bringing trash up to the packing shed regularly, and leave empty bottles outside of the building. you will be more comfortable as well. Check-in hours are from 4pm to 6pm. A grace period may be extended to 8pm. Strictly NO check ins permitted past 8pm. the solar hot shower is awesome. the farm library is available during your visit as is a farm tour. The clean toilet facilities are shared with the farm. our packing shed is open for visiting.....and it is in the packing shed where you charge your cell phones and laptops. this where our solar power is. only as much as a guest may want. garden tour and fruit baskets, how to see the local sights, and so on. quirky, strong and self sufficient with great natural space. unique and fun. great place to take a walk. Hitchiking is common and safe. solar power for charging cell phones and such available at the packing shed. This is an owner occupied property. The owner’s residence is on site. The property owner pays all applicable taxes in the state of Hawaii.
