Our lovingly and modernly furnished 85 sqm vacation home is very centrally located and only 250 meters from the market square (city center). Access to the house leads, typical of the old town, via its own bridge, which leads over the Abzucht. The house has, among other things - 2 separate bedrooms, - A fully equipped kitchen - Consoles with games/controllers - Washing machine - Free Wi-Fi - Flat-screen TV in HD Babies/toddlers are very welcome here. Free parking is available nearby. The space The entire house was completely renovated in June 2020 and has been awarded 4 stars for the 2nd time according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification for a maximum of 4 people. However, a stay of up to 6 people is possible without any problems. The house has two separate bedrooms, and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen with seating for a cozy get-together and a living room, which is modern and brightly furnished, complete the whole thing. The entire property is equipped with the latest air conditioning technology. Your desired room temperature can be set individually by remote control at any time and for each floor. In the living room, there is also an XBox One with several games (FIFA...) and 2 controllers. Alternatively, you can also use it as a Blu-ray player. Nintendo Switch lovers will also get their money's worth here - a Switch console with 4 controllers and several high-quality games ensure family fun. In addition, there is a washing machine, an almost 2-meter ground-level rain shower and an extensive TV program in HD and free Wi-Fi. From the bedroom windows on the 1st and 2nd floors you can see the local river flowing by. A restful sleep is of course provided by the sound-insulated windows. A mobile grill and seating are available free of charge. For children we provide a travel bed, bottle warmer and high chair free of charge upon request. Landmarks of the city such as the Kaiserpfalz, the ancestral home of the Siemens family, the market church, the legendary Goslar carillon, as well as the tin figure museum or the Zwinger with its old dungeons are within a 10-minute walk of the property. Restaurants, inns and pubs / bars can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk - more detailed information, brochures and flyers, as well as menus can be found in the accommodation in the large flyer stand. Guest access Since the vacation home has its own separate entrance, the entire building is free and available 24 hours a day. Other things to note For check-in after 3:00 pm, simply cross the in-house bridge through the courtyard gate. Then enter the code into the black keypad on the right side of the door. The code will be sent to you by email after you book.
