Heliopetra Family Villa in the area of Otzia

The villa is in the area of Akrotiri- Otzia, 7 minutes by car from the port of Kea. The villa has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool offering an amazing sea view. This property is ideal for a family of 7 or a group of friends. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a guest house that sleeps 3 people. There is a large shaded area with a dining table for 10 people and seating for 5 people, or you can relax in the sun on the sunbeds whilst sipping a glass of wine. The space Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on Kea private homes are rented out in the summer . Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The villa, which is in a small complex of three houses in total, is in area of Akroriti - Otzia, with an amazing sea view. The villa is on two levels and consists of the main house and a guest house. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed an en-suite bathroom (shower). Connected to the main house but with an independent entrance there is a guest house with a double bed, single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living room, kitchen, bedroom on the ground floor and the guest house all have balcony doors that lead directly on the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are shaded dining and seating areas from where one can sit and enjoy and the amazing sea view.
