Charming Villa with pool and garden full of trees

Beautiful villa located in a village close to Montpellier for 6 people. The house is surrounded by a wooded garden not overlooked with a large swimming pool directly accessible from the living room. We are located in a very quiet area at the gates of Montpellier and the Mediterranean Sea (20 min by car). Shopping center (all services) located 3 min walk (1 min by bike). Car parking in the entrance to the villa. Tram nearby to go to downtown Montpellier. The space The villa is located in a popular area of Jacou because: Very quiet area while being very close to shops, Parc de Bocaud and Château de Jacou. The villa has been renovated, modernized year after year and recently we made an in-ground (salt) pool with its adjoining terrace and relaxation area. The living room is a spacious and very bright living room (16 m2 of glazing) and gives direct access to the swimming pool. We are a 10-minute walk from the tram that can take you to Montpellier in 20 minutes. Our house is on a large 800 m2 plot. It is facing Northeast on the lime garden side and southwest pool side. This means we always have a shaded side and a side in the sun. Guest access There is free parking in front of the house.
