Gateway Grand 1213 is a direct oceanfront four bedroom, three bath luxury condo located on 48th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This lovely, decorator furnished unit offers wonderful features including an oceanfront living room with east and north facing windows, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate dining area and breakfast bar, and cable TV and complimentary wifi. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the bedding includes 1 king, 1 queen, 4 singles and 1 queen sleep sofa. This owner supplies sheets and towels for your convenience, plus a laundry room which also has a private luggage cart to be used by guests during their stay. Note this cart must be returned to the condo upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred. Gateway Grand has super amenities including a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large oceanfront sundeck and more. Fireplace is non functioning, decorative only. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday only in season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
