It is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, shower + toilet and a large outdoor dining area. An outdoor shower is next to the terrace. The car can be parked directly at the vacation home. The space In the meditteranean park there are 3 more holiday homes, including the holiday flat. The mediterranean garden, borders on a flat rocky reef covered with sand. The sea can be reached through a direct and private access. The golden yellow sandy beach and the centre of Marina di Modica can be reached by car in 2 minutes or on foot in about 15 minutes. Walking through the green park, you will meet flowering oleander bushes, apricot and medlar trees whose delicious fruits you can enjoy in late spring, small and large palm trees, almond and numerous olive trees, cacti, agaves, and much more. The flat rocky-sandy coast in front of the property is almost a private house-beach, which is, even in the busy main season, not very frequented. Here you can enjoy the peace and idyll and watch the sunset with a glass of red wine. Guest access The garden where the small vacation apartment is located has its own private access to the sea.
