The estate is on the bank of the Kuban River (a tributary of the Volga River). An amazingly quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city and civilization. Rural life, clean air, fishing, boating and walks in the woods will strengthen your health and help you plunge into real life in nature. A 2-storey house with an area of 160 sq.m on a 15-hectare land plot. The house is built of environmentally friendly materials - planed logs and furnished with furniture mainly made of natural wood and leather. The space 1st floor with an open layout: a large cozy living room allows the whole family to gather at the dining table, comfortably on oak sofas covered with natural leather, watch TV, kitchen 15 sq.m. with a kitchen set and all the necessary household appliances: gas panel, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wide refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board, iron and (bread oven on demand). A glazed veranda with a dining area and sun loungers will provide an opportunity to have breakfast with the first rays of the sun, and in the evening to admire the stars. There is also a large bathroom with a shower cabin. 2nd floor: spacious hall with sofa, armchairs and large chess, 2 bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to an open veranda, which offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the river. The tenant is entitled to use the sauna free of charge once a week (when booking for at least 7 days), at other times - for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is provided for the entire stay, in summer - a boat. If you don't have a car, we can meet you at the station and take you to the estate for free. Other things to note We accept families of no more than 4 people, without large animals. The 5th person is subject to agreement and additional payment. Pets are allowed upon agreement with the host.
