We offer you a fully equipped cosy apartment in an old house with charming thatched roof. two bedrooms, living area, television, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and a very big, comfortable bathroom. Last house in the street guarantees quiet private time in this tiny village. The garden and area with private guaranteed sunsets, the fields and woods offer wonderful time in the nature - active or lazy, up to you The space There are three adult bicycles and one children bicycle available for use, as well as the garden furniture. Mornings you’ve got a lovely sun on the East side of the house, midday - in front and in the evenings you can enjoy the sunsets on the west side, facing the endless field. It’s an over one hectare land property, with an orchard, meadow, fire place (available depending on the season. Except during drought, due to the danger of land fires). On the property you will find a permaculture garden and a tiny forest planted with the Miyawaki method. As volunteers in an NGO, we’re part of a Foundation Perspective (Fundacja Perspektywa Rozwarowo), which engages in cultural and ecological event and education. The sun-umbrella, more garden chairs, a hammock stand will be placed for you in the barn, which serves also as a cultural barn for the foundation, however it’ll not be in use during your stay (if otherwise, we would definitely ask for your acceptance). The barn for storage of the lighter garden furniture, the sun-umbrella and the hammock with stand, the garden, meadow, fireplace behind the barn and the area around the house Other things to note There’ll be several blankets, pillows and duvets for you. However, please bring your own bed sheets and towels. Please, try to save water, as you probably do at home as well. Each house in the village has its own water well, due to the drought years, we’re trying to handle the water consume responsibly. Please separate your trash to bio (little green waste bin), paper (paper bag), plastic/metal, glass and the rest. The bio waste bin can be emptied in a nearby compost spot (behind the barn, left from the permaculture garden). The following waste is suitable for the compost: alle the fruit, vegetable, food and organic waste, egg shells, not containing an animal ingredients (dairy, meat, bones, etc) and citrus fruit. Also paper waste is not suitable for the compost. Please follow the recycling rules in Poland which hang on the fridge. The trash bins are: black for general waste, blue for paper, large green for plastic/metal and smaller green for glass. Unfortunately, still only some glass bottles from beer are refundable, it says then: BUTELKA ZWROTNA on the bottle. Please, drive safely and slowly, especially in the evening and night, watching our for wild animals, dogs and cats crossing the road. Our village ist surrounded with reed fields, this is where the beautiful roofs come from. This is a bird natural reserve, last spot in west Europe to meet an aquatic warbler.
