Luxurious villa with stunning views and heated pool The space Large villa of 500 square meters, divided over two floors, completely new and elegantly furnished. Located near Adeje, in a quiet area, away from the chaos of the city, yet only 6 minutes by car from the main highway of the island, allowing excellent connection with all the attractions of the island. Except for a few bathrooms, there are no rooms in the villa that do not have a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa has been finely designed with the aim of giving the sensation of touching the ocean. The 600 square meter terraced garden consists of a patio with a table for 12 people where it is possible to eat all together in comfort, an area with a heated swimming pool 8 m x 4 m, an external bathroom, a barbecue area and a ping pong area. For each stay we make sure that the cleanliness is impeccable. We provide: towels and beach towels for each guest, products for both the dishwasher and the washing machine, free Wi-FI throughout the house! The price of the villa varies according to the number of guests who book it. In this way, even smaller groups can enjoy a holiday in the villa, paying a reduced price and having the appropriate number of rooms and services. 3 rooms are opened for a number of guests ranging from 1 to 6; 4 rooms are opened for 7-8 guests; 5 rooms are opened for 9-10 guests; all 6 rooms are opened for 11-12 guests. Before booking, make sure you have read and accepted the Villa's rules. Guest access - Other things to note The Villa is in the last building of a street adjacent to a Barranco. This ensures that the view is not obstructed by anything and gives unique emotions. However, the barranco makes sure that the sound propagates particularly effectively within the road. With the help of my neighbors, I personally guarantee that my guests will enjoy peace and quiet after 10pm. In the same way, I guarantee to the whole neighborhood (of which I am part, living in an apartment adjacent to the villa) that my guests will have accepted the house rules and will respect them. I mean, if you need peace and quiet at night, this is absolutely the villa for you. In case you can't do without listen to good music and celebrate during the night, I advise you not to book my villa, but to opt for another solution. Important things to know: Outside the villa there are surveillance cameras, they are part of the villa's security system. Guest Information Required: In accordance with Spanish regulations (SES.Hospedajes), we are required to check a valid ID for each guest at the time of check-in. We must also collect their residential address and a contact detail (such as an email address or phone number). For guests under 14 years of age, it is sufficient to provide their full name, date of birth, and the name of the accompanying parent or legal guardian — no ID is required.
