You will love the ample, open space. 🚩Covid-19 Alert aka Coronavirus As we all deal with Covid-19 in Dallas and abroad, I want to ensure all guests considering booking this property that it is impeccably clean and safe. Below, I will share what measures have been taken in wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. 1. (A) Each guest is asked if they have or have come in contact with someone infected with Coronavirus. (B) If they are currently experiencing any symptoms associated with coronavirus. (C) Any guests that answers yes to A or B will not be allowed to make a reservation. 2. The property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with diluted household bleach solutions and alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol. All of which are EPA-registered household disinfectants. 3. Effective as of March 15th, 2020 the property has a 3 day disinfection period in which the property cannot be rented for 72 hrs after the last guest(s) to ensure that any possible virus threat is eliminated. After the the 72 hour disinfection period, the cleaning crew will clean and disinfect the property. 3. All linen, sheets, towels, washcloths and duvets are washed after each reservation. In addition to all other standard cleaning procedures. 4. The property is checked post-cleaning to ensure that all cleaning guidelines have been met by the cleaning staff. 5. Prior to checkout, all guests are asked if they have been diagnosed with Coronavirus, around someone that has coronavirus or if they are experiencing any symptoms related to Coronavirus. If anyone answers yes to any of the questions, the property will be blocked for a minimum of 7 days and the entire property disinfected and sanitized prior to being available for rent again. Many of these measures are standard practice, except the 72 hour and 7 day disinfection period, which were recently implemented in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
