Welcome to Nettetal am Niederrhein! I rent an attic apartment, which is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. The whole apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom is at your disposal. The 45m²apartment is equipped with 4 single beds and one double bed (1.80 m). In addition, you will find several TVs as well as Wi-Fi. You can park for free. For all questions about the apartment, the surroundings and leisure activities I am available! The space The newly renovated apartment is characterized above all by its many windows and thus brightness. Whether you want to rest after a busy day at work or after a long bike ride through the net sea areas - you are in the right place. The bright kitchen is almost fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. Including a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a set of kitchen utensils. Some basics such as spices or coffee are also available. Plenty of pots, pans & sharp knives are available. In the living room you can feel at home on the cozy little couch or round dining table! Enjoy your favorite movie/series on Netflix on TV or relax while surfing in the wifi. One bedroom has a cozy 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed ready for you so that you are in top shape the next day. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds, so there are a total of 5 beds in the apartment. This makes the apartment well suited for families, groups and fitters. Roller shutter in each room allows for a strong blackout, so you can relax undisturbed. In the bathroom not only a shower awaits you, but also plenty of fresh towels. You will also find a hair dryer with a lot of power there. Guest access The entire apartment is fully available to you. Other things to note The house is very easy to reach thanks to a good connection to the highway. On request, we are happy to provide you with up to 4 bicycles for smaller bike rides* as well as a barbecue in the garden. Important: Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. No smoking inside the apartment You can smoke outside. There is a stand ashtray at the doorstep. *: To ensure that the bikes are handled with care, we will take €20 deposit per bike. Of course, you will get this back after returning the bikes.
