Bright apartment in Nettetal near Venlo

Welcome to Nettetal am Niederrhein! I rent out an attic apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The whole apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom is at your disposal. The 45 m² apartment is equipped with 4 single beds and a double bed (1.80 m). You'll also find several TVs and Wi-Fi. You can park for free. I am available for any questions about the apartment, the surroundings and leisure activities! The space The newly renovated apartment is characterized above all by its many windows and thus brightness. Whether you want to relax after a busy day at work or after a long bike ride through the Nettetaler lake areas - this is the place for you. The bright kitchen is almost fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Including a fridge, oven, stove, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and a set of kitchen utensils. Some basics such as spices or coffee are also at your disposal. Sufficient pots, pans & sharp knives are provided. In the living room you can feel at home on the cozy little couch or the round dining table! Enjoy your favorite movie/series via Netflix on TV or relax while surfing the Wi-Fi. One bedroom has a cozy 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed ready for you so that you are fit again the next day. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, so there are a total of 5 beds in the apartment. This makes the apartment well suited for families, groups and fitters. Roller shutters in each room allow for strong darkening, so you can relax undisturbed. In the bathroom, not only a shower is waiting for you, but also plenty of fresh towels. You will also find a hairdryer with a lot of power there. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note The house is very easy to reach thanks to a good connection to the highway. On request, we will gladly provide you with up to 4 bicycles for smaller bike tours* as well as a barbecue in the garden. Important: Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside. There is a standing ashtray in front of the front door. *: To ensure that the bicycles are handled with care, we take a €20 deposit per bicycle. Of course, you will get this back after returning the bicycles.
