Wood stove . Fire pit in yard sit behind a garage giving you quite a bit of privacy. Beds are comfortable 1 queen, 1 full , 1 full and sofa bed. Guest access Snow mobile and ATV access road is within 7oo ft . Ski resort and golf is within 6 miles . We are located right in the heart of town . Two beaches within a mile of the home Red cross beach and Junction Wharf w hich has a small play ground , beach and boat launching ramp. Other things to note I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds and have a clean bill of health all shots and flea and tick free from your vet. They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture . although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit You may apply whatever cost you paid towards any of my properties listed here whether its Florida or Maine.
